In our world where one in 4 Americans eat fast food at least once a day we have let the fast, cheap, my way mentality which they promote seep into our faith and water down our discipleship. Nothing Jesus taught leads us to believe that becoming more like him is fast, cheap or the way we want it. During the month of Sept. our students will be challenged to ditch the fast food approach to sanctification and adopt His model: slow, costly, and His way.
